Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY:

At Like A Boss Salon, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as efficiently as possible. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation for your packages to be shipped. Orders placed after 1 PM ET, on weekends, or during U.S. holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We currently offer shipping within the U.S. and Canada. While we do our best to meet expected delivery times, please note that delays within the shipping carriers' network are beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Upon payment clearance, you will receive an email notification once your order has been processed. A second confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package will be sent once your order has shipped. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We cannot accommodate address changes due to our strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you enter, as we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and offer a comprehensive store credit and exchange service. However, there are strict requirements regarding items eligible for exchange or store credit due to hygiene and public safety concerns.

ORDER REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds on any of our products but are happy to provide store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, provided your order is in sale condition and meets the return requirements. Hair extensions must be in their original condition, untied, unwashed, uninstalled, not chemically processed, not dyed, and not tampered with in any manner. Items failing to meet these requirements are not eligible for store credit. Please thoroughly inspect each product in its original sale condition to ensure complete satisfaction.

SALE ITEMS:

All promotional sale items, including BOGO, 50% OFF, BUY ONE RECEIVE FREE GIFT, are marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

MISSING, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEM(S):

In the event your item arrives defective, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process. For missing items, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. In the case of missing items, the full order must be returned to us in its original sale condition. Upon delivery and inspection, a refund will be issued.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and marked as delivered by the postal service. All orders come with $50 insurance (USPS) or $100 insurance (UPS). If you do not have possession of your delivered item, please inform us and open a claim with the shipping carrier. If the claim is awarded in our favor, the insured amount can be provided to you as a refund or credit towards your next order.

ORDER EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS:

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receipt, provided your order is still in sale condition. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, or tampered with are not eligible for exchange. Please contact us prior to sending your exchange. Products sent back without approval will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the sender.

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for all newly accrued shipping fees associated with resending your package. Returned packages must be received prior to resending. Packages returned to sender and no longer wanted will be issued as store credit, excluding the initial shipping cost.

EXCHANGES OF LESSER / GREATER VALUE:

For exchanges of lesser value, the price difference will be issued as store credit after deducting the cost of shipping. For exchanges of greater value, an invoice will be issued for the price difference, including the cost of shipping.
