  • Yes, absolutely! In addition to our buy-now-pay-later options with Klarna and Afterpay, we also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other leading mobile wallet payment solutions for your convenience.

  • We understand waiting for your order can be exciting! Here's a breakdown of our processing times to help you plan:

    Orders placed before 1 PM ET weekdays: Ship same day!

    Orders placed after 1 PM ET weekdays, weekends, or holidays: Ship on the next business day.

  • You will receive a notification via email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.

  • Our entire Like A Boss product line is formulated without any animal-derived ingredients, harsh sulfates, parabens, or alcohols.

  • Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any hair care products specifically geared toward men's needs. However, we are actively looking into expanding our line to include men's offerings, so please check our website or inquire with us again soon for any updates

  • If any items are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your package to initiate a replacement or return. Should you notice any missing items, kindly let us know within 2 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping addresses after an order has been placed. Due to our efficient fulfillment process, all orders ship out promptly to the destination provided by the customer. We recommend carefully verifying the shipping address at checkout, as incorrect addresses cannot be updated once an order is processed. While we make every effort to deliver to the address specified, our company cannot assume responsibility for packages sent to an inaccurate location provided by the buyer.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Care team at likeabosssalon@gmail.com first. Our policy requires pre-approval before any items are shipped back to us. Products returned without prior authorization will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange and will be sent back to the original sender at their expense. By contacting us first, a representative can provide personalized guidance and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number if applicable.
